| How to Register | To register for package 1, follow the register link below over to Paypal to complete the payment process.On the Paypal screen you can pay using your Paypal account or any major credit card.* We will send you full course materials within 24 hours on weekdays.*** | To register for package 2, follow one of the register links below over to Paypal to complete the payment process.The first option will set up on a monthly installment plan for 12 months or until you finish the course, which ever comes first.**
The second option will bill you only for the first month. You will be manually invoiced at the beginning of each subsequent month for the next 11 months or until you finish the course, which ever comes first. ** We will send you the first unit of course materials within 24 hours on weekdays.*** |

If you’d rather send your payment in the mail, choose either of the above payment options and send a check or money order payable to “New Beginnings Childbirth Services.” Payments maybe sent to: New Beginnings Childbirth Services, 37465 W. Amalfi Ave., Maricopa, AZ 85138 U.S.A. Please also include with your payment a copy of your name, email address, and valid telephone number. Please note: All materials will be sent to you electronically via email. To cut costs, we do not provide a print version of our training materials to any of our students.
* You are not required to have a Paypal account to register via the Paypal interface. You may pay with any major credit card.
** One of the perks of the monthly payment plan is that for the more aggressive students, they may be able to finish the course for less than the base one-time cost of the course.
