You Were Meant to Do ThisFrom time to time, we generate infographics to help promote our services but also to spread information about what a doula is and can do for expectant mothers. A couple of weeks back, I posted an observation and a parallel between the process of labor and the process that is motherhood. The Facebook community appreciated the remark and it made its way into the news feeds of some 700 Facebook viewers organically. My husband decided to take the same thought, rework it a little bit, and created this infographic to reinforce the main idea. Well, that proved to be even more popular and got about 2500 organic views on Facebook. We’ve had a few more people like our facebook page as a result, and so goes the building of a business.

In addition to creating increased exposure for our business, these infographics are hopefully creating a greater awareness for doulas in general and that there are options and alternatives to childbirth in a hospital setting. We’re really not trying to sell the course with our infographics, as we feel that the course really sells itself: both because of the price point and our distinct and unique perspective on holistic care of the woman despite the type of birth she chooses to have.

We now have eight unique infographics to help educate the public about the work of a doula. Feel free to pass along or share these as you like.
