I have been blogging about birth for a long time now and through various stages of my professional development.  I have loved it and have loved having a space to connect with others online as well as share my own thoughts and research.

The time has come for a change, though.  Which is where this new blog comes in.  I have begun a new journey into reaching out and teaching others to support and strengthen women during labor.  I am very excited to begin this new certification program and hope that it will also help to build bridges between the medical community and doulas.  So without much ado….here’s to new beginnings.
